Community Services Foundation (CSF) is excited to announce their 13th annual Make A Match Campaign which will take place from November 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.  Since 2002, CSF has partnered with our local community of friends, family, and supporters, in order to double the donations provided to our member agencies through this campaign.

Throughout the years, you have continued to show your loyalty to the services and programming of Southwest Community Services (SCS), CTF Illinois (CTF), and LifeStyles Academy (LSA), and Make A Match is our way to say thank you and to celebrate your commitment to these agencies.

During the Make A Match Campaign, CSF will match every dollar donated to each agency, up to $1,000 for individuals donations and up to $500 for corporate donations.  Last year’s Make A Match served as our most successful campaign to date, with our collaborative efforts raising a combined $46,625.00 to the three agencies.

100% of the funds raised by Make A Match go directly to the agency of your choice.  This year, SCS will be directing their funds toward transportation costs, as they wish to purchase a new passenger van.  CTF is allocating all contributions they receive from this year’s Make A Match to help fund various events and outings for individuals, such as vacations, day trips, and tickets to sporting and collegiate events. LSA is asking for their donations to go toward advancing their Job Placement program.

Together through this campaign, we can truly make a difference.  CSF is excited for the chance to, once again, partner with our community and match your donations to SCS, CTF, and LSA.  Please consider one of these three agencies as a recipient of your generosity this holiday season.  For your convenience, we have included an envelope for your desired contribution.  Additionally, you can donate online at www.csfil.org.  Donations are deductible to the extent allowed by IRS codes.  Together through Make A Match, we can help improve the lives of individuals with diverse disabilities.

Deadline for 2015 Tax Deduction is December 31, 2015!
